All our jewelery are made at our workshop in Copenhagen. They are primarily made in 14 kt. gold and set with Top Wesselton VS diamonds.
Gently clean your jewelry with a soft brush, such as a toothbrush, in a cup of water with a little soap. Rub the jewelry gently and rinse with clean water.
However, pearls must never be cleaned with soap and can not withstand perfume, hair lacquer and makeup. Therefore, do not use perfume in the vicinity of the jewelry and remove finger rings with pearls before washing hands with soap.

Per Borup Design accepts payments by Paypal and by the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

All prices are in DKK and included VAT (25%).

Danish sales tax is included in all prices displayed on the web site. Customers with a delivery address within the EU will be subject to the displayed prices, which include Danish sales tax. For customers outside the EU, the sales tax will be deducted from the price and the tax will be calculated and collected according to domestic rates and rules. Per Borup Design has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Articles are accepted for full refund if returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
In order to respect the return period of 14 days, you must contact Per Borup Design before this period expires: info@perborupdesign.dk
We will refund your payment, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of your return form. You will receive the refunded amount on the same card that was used to make the initial payment.
Kindly note that you will have to uphold the costs associated with returning the product. Items must be returned in the same condition, quantity and packaging as received.

If you wish to exchange an item you have purchased, Per Borup Design will pay for the return fee of the first exchange. Should an item be replaced several times eg. because of the wrong ring size, Per Borup Design will not pay for the return fee.

DELIVERY
All our jewelery is handcrafted which means it can take up to two weeks from the date of purchase to the product being dispatched.
We send all our products with Post Nord, GLS or FedEx.
Packages sent within Europe usually take 5-7 working days to arrive, packages sent to non-European countries usually take 10-15 working days to arrive.
Unfortunately we can not guarantee delivery times. International delivery dates depend on your country's postal service. Please be aware international orders may be subject to your countries custom charges. Any such charges are not the responsibility of Per Borup Design.

Complaint concerning a product or service purchased from us may be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution on www.forbrug.dk.

Per Borup Design registers and stores data concerning your order such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, in order to be able to deliver the products to you. All personal data is treated confidentially and is not disclosed to third parties.
Personal data is registered by Per Borup Design, and is stored for 5 years before being deleted, in accordance with Danish accounting rules.
When your personal data has been registered by Per Borup Design, you have the right to inspect the personal data we hold. You also have the right to object to the registration. You have these rights under the Danish Data Protection Act, and any queries in this respect should be addressed to info@perborupdesign.dk
